In pilot with letting agents in England
Answer tenant complaints with the law already checked.
Casebriar reads the complaint, separates out each issue, checks every legal claim against legislation.gov.uk and tells you which records to pull. You make the decisions; it drafts the reply.
The pilot is invite-only. Sign in with the details you were sent.
Hi, the boiler has been broken for three weeks1 and nobody has come out. There’s also damp spreading across the bedroom wall2. I’ve read that you’re legally required to reduce my rent3 until this is sorted.

How it works
Four steps from complaint to reply.
The slow part of a complaint is working out what’s actually being claimed and whether it stands up. That’s the part Casebriar does.
-
01Separate the issues
A single email often raises three or four different problems. Each one is pulled out and handled on its own, so nothing gets a vague answer.
-
02Check the law
Where the tenant says you’re legally obliged to do something, Casebriar checks that against the legislation itself and shows you what it found.
-
03Find the records
You get a short list of what to pull from your own files, whether that’s inspection notes, contractor visits or correspondence, rather than a request to dig through everything.
-
04Draft the reply
Once you’ve decided how to respond to each issue, it writes the reply for you to review, edit and send.
One rule we built around
It checks the facts. You decide what to say.
Casebriar doesn’t make judgement calls on your behalf. It sets out the issues, the relevant law and the evidence you’ll need, then waits for you.
The draft is only written after you’ve decided, and it’s yours to change before anything goes out.
For pilot testers
Thanks for trying it early.
A few things worth knowing while we build this with you.
Things will change
We’re shipping updates often, so screens and features may move around between visits.
Keep your own records
Don’t treat the pilot as your only copy of anything, and always read a reply before it goes out.
